“I had to board my mini poodle dog Charlie when I went for a week vacation . I didn't want to leave him behind because he had a traumatic past as a puppy mill dog for 7 years before I adopted him and he was scared of everyone even the people of my family !!! I like the Carol Stream facility because of the outside kennel that each kennel has. The place is very clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and courteous and were able to calm my fears. What helped me a lot was the Furever daily report that I paid extra for but was worth the money ! The most amazing thing there is that the staff taking care of him managed to have him sit on her lap when sitting on the ground with him outside !! Don't know how she did it because he has never done it with anyone else but me. Pictures were sent every day and I knew he was in good hands. I love the place, nice nature around it and very well kept. Thank you for all the patience and caring for our animals !“

“I am a first time dog owner, they had been my Dog’s Dr since she was born , she’s currently about to be 9 years old, they had answered and help me with any questions I had over the years , they had been on top it , I recently had a little scared with my dog where I had to take her to urgent Vet so to them been close , and even they did a bunch of test of my dog they were unable to find the reason was my dog wasn’t feeling well , the next day I call Arlington park Veterinary Hospital her actually Vet , they told me to bring her in , I did and within hrs her Dr was able to come to a conclusion, put her in the right medication and within hrs my baby was back to jump and run around the house , i cnt be more grateful with them , they had been on top when it comes to Dog health I will highly recommend them“

“I can't recommend this grooming spot enough! My friend's Pomeranian was in serious pain from matted fur, and it was late on a Friday when everything else was closed. I called after hours, and Elena answered. Even though she was closed, she told me to bring the dog in right away because she understood the urgency. As soon as we arrived, she got straight to work, carefully shaving the matted areas. It was clear from the start that Elena has a true passion for dogs and genuinely cares about their well-being. She turned a stressful situation into a huge relief for the dog and us. Fantastic service and a real dog lover!“

“I love this place! I come here 1-2x a month to use the self dog wash station. It has everything you need and is extremely reasonable at $20. No cleaning up at home! I have also paid for the occasional $20 nail trim, which my dog can be very hesitant about, and the staff handles that very well. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this hidden gem.“

It's truly such a beautiful environment for both people and dogs. You can feel the love and customization for every single dog immediately upon walking in. “Very kind staff. They care about the dogs and create a comfortable environment. They took us in last minute when another groomer canceled on us even though they were fully booked. I had given my dog the sedating medicine and was panicked when the other groomer canceled, but fresh pals saved the day and took us in.“

“I used to work as a receptionist for a dog daycare, so I've had to talk to different vets all the time all over Chicago. Now, no longer a receptionist and I have my own puppy; Preiser was one of my top 3 to go to. I HIGHLY recommend, they have a wonderful staff and receptionists. The nurses are so kind, and treated my puppy with so much love. Like, I'm pretty sure my dog loves the vet now. They helped refer me to a specialist and helped me make sure she got the best care. Pricing wasn't terrible at all. The doctor called me personally to discuss my dog which I thought was really thoughtful. Also the lobby is so cute, and welcoming. Sometimes lobbies at vets can be rough, like they can smell, be dirty, have strange colors, and have uncomfortable chairs... but not here. It's so cute and cozy, the sun shines in, there are magazines, comfy sheets, and so much space if you have an uneasy or aggressive pet that needs space from other pets. Also I have to point out that all the plants have their own names it's adorable“

I stumbled upon them when my dog tore both ACL's and they were affordable and fixed them right away ever since I did his rehab there and now 5 years later, I go there for all my checkups.
