Back home from local shopping; Half-bath floor devastatingly flooded seeping into adjoining room. Colleen said somebody would be out asap. Armando was here within the hour to work intensely at unclogging the hardest part of the sewer, from the clean-out access to half-way in the crawl space having to change to special high pressure power equipment, still being unable to go further. He then called me to observe, via the camera cable, the reason for the overflow: The original age-related deteriorated sewer pipe collapsed from the rush of washing machine-pumped drain water from one end to the muddied, fully clogged collapse at the other.Now, here comes my maintenance penance...read full review
