“I recommend this place to everyone I know but realized I never have done a Google review. This is an amazing practice that focuses on 1:1 care. Thank you to Dana, Jen and Denise for so much support and care over the years!”
EmpowerU Fitness
“I found EmpowerU Fitness by Googling gyms near me, and I’m so grateful I did. As someone with autism and ADHD, I often struggle with motivation, routine, and making healthy choices. This gym has completely changed that for me. It gives me the accountability I need to actually show up, and I’ve never felt more supported.
David and Jen are truly two of the most wonderful human beings on the planet. They’re patient, knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in everyone who walks through the door. The atmosphere they’ve created is so positive, welcoming, and motivating that it feels less like a gym and more like a community.
Joining EmpowerU Fitness has helped my mental health, physical health, confidence, and overall happiness more than I can say. I’m stronger, clearer, and more consistent than I’ve ever been and I owe so much of that to this place and the people in it.
I’m genuinely so glad I joined this gym. I absolutely love this community and can’t imagine my life without it now.
If you’re looking for a place that truly lives up to its name, this is it. ??️♀️”
