“I found this company after looking up a sewer technology company, and they put me into contact with this company for plumbing. I was given an appointment promptly. Pricing was transparent from the beginning, which has been a problem for me with past plumbing companies. I had also been told by past plumbing companies for different drainage problems that they could not solve the problem and they must go up through the ceiling or tear out my 125 year-old original hardwood flooring and the vanity, etc., to solve the problem and figure out what the problem was at all. My technician was Dan and he was professional and confident from the beginning. He did not add on any costs so the costs were truly transparent. He was able to fix the drain problem that others had not been able to without telling me that he needed to demolish my ceiling or my bathroom to figure out the problem. He was prompt and efficient and Clear clearly skilled with 37 years of experience under his belt. If I ever need a plumber again this is the company I will call, and while I’m sure other plumbers would be similarly qualified, I would be requesting Dan. Best plumbing experience so far in a 125 year old house with multiple plumbing issues over the years.“

“Paul came out and quickly assessed our problem with a leaky shower valve. He needed to work around some compatibility issues with new replacement parts for a 30 yr old Moen shower value assembly. I think he went above and beyond tweaking things to make our unique situation work. When he was done, it was leak free and as good as new. “I am so happy we found this company because they were finally able to locate our septic tank (which multiple other companies couldn’t) so it could be pumped out after living in this house for 5 years!

The documents we have from the previous owners showed the approximate location of the tank on a survey, but 2 other septic companies and a plumbing company came out 3 different times and could not find it.

Dave and Sergio came out and had to spend a bit of time searching the area, but did not give up, and they used their knowledge & experience to narrow down where the tank was, located it, and worked around to be able to find the lid to the tank. We now have a freshly pumped tank and the toilets and sinks are draining great again.

I can not state enough how happy I am with All Around Pumping services- they came out quickly and worked with my schedule, were respectful, and were able to do what other companies failed to- they got the job taken care of!

Again, I highly recommend them for any septic needs! It is so relieving to have finally gotten our septic tank located & the backup taken care of, and it has been a pleasure to work with them- from first contact to final job completion.

I had vowed to have our ejector pump replaced in our 20 y/o townhouse before it failed. I waited too long! It quit the other day before I had it replaced, leaving a wet carpet. I called Steve Clark and his son, Jessie(?sp) and his assistant were here in just a few hours, and had the job done in just over 1 hour. We got the bill today, and for all the work they did, as fast as they got it done, for an emergency call, I was amazed that it was as low as it was.
