I am a recent Dekalb resident from Wisconsin and as a consequence I had to leave my go to hairstylist behind. I tried many salons in IL, but was not satisfied time and time again. I decided to give this salon a chance and when I made the appointment I had the receptionist choose a stylist at random, and it was the best choice ever.Katie is an amazing hairstylist, I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she immediately conveyed her expertise to me of how I could enhance that look and showed much interest in what I wanted, such as level of volume, length, etc. I expressed that I would like to keep my length but to definitely get rid of any damaged hair if necessary. I can honestly say I did not leave the salon feeling bald like I usually do with other salons, I left feeling like I had more hair than before that looked very healthy.Katie is also extremely nice and easygoing, she really made the experience a positive one! I strongly recommend Katie to every person who wishes to have their confidence boosted by engaging in the self-care offered by Studio One Salon.

Monica, Cas, and Justin are so great. I got my nose piercing done by Justin, and he did an amazing job of talking me through everything and making me laugh more than anything for my first ever facial piercing. That was months ago and my nose piercing is looking beautiful. I haven’t gotten anything done by Cas but they did a nostril piercing on my friend with me accompanying them and they also were very thorough and made you feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Monica did an amazing job as well, I just got my eyebrow and tongue pierced yesterday and her voice was extremely calming and her demeanor made me feel relaxed as well. Everybody here is so professional and kind, and the space is cozy and clean as well. This is my go to place for piercings, but I think tats are coming up next for me. I would recommend this to anybody looking for a reputable piercing/tattoo place in DeKalb or even outside of DeKalb! I live an hour away but would come here 100% if I wanted to get anything done once I graduate and move out of town. Love you guys❤️

Always amazing service. Kind, honest, and high quality work. Paul has been out for a tankless water heater install, bathroom renovation, clogs, you name it. Every time has been fast and responsive. Can depend that the job will always be done right.
I am so happy we found this company because they were finally able to locate our septic tank (which multiple other companies couldn’t) so it could be pumped out after living in this house for 5 years!
The documents we have from the previous owners showed the approximate location of the tank on a survey, but 2 other septic companies and a plumbing company came out 3 different times and could not find it.
Dave and Sergio came out and had to spend a bit of time searching the area, but did not give up, and they used their knowledge & experience to narrow down where the tank was, located it, and worked around to be able to find the lid to the tank. We now have a freshly pumped tank and the toilets and sinks are draining great again.
I can not state enough how happy I am with All Around Pumping services- they came out quickly and worked with my schedule, were respectful, and were able to do what other companies failed to- they got the job taken care of!
Again, I highly recommend them for any septic needs! It is so relieving to have finally gotten our septic tank located & the backup taken care of, and it has been a pleasure to work with them- from first contact to final job completion.

I had vowed to have our ejector pump replaced in our 20 y/o townhouse before it failed. I waited too long! It quit the other day before I had it replaced, leaving a wet carpet. I called Steve Clark and his son, Jessie(?sp) and his assistant were here in just a few hours, and had the job done in just over 1 hour. We got the bill today, and for all the work they did, as fast as they got it done, for an emergency call, I was amazed that it was as low as it was. The check will go out tomorrow, and our gratitude to Steve and his employees for an excellent job well done!

I have been to multiple PT places in the DeKalb area, but none of them even came close to how amazing my experience was at DPT. Everyone that works at DPT was so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. There were times I would come in the morning to my appointment feeling cranky, but would always leave in a very positive mood. DPT is such a calm positive environment. Also, I am super happy that my shoulder pain is gone.
Rob was great at helping me with my Vertigo symptoms after being in a bad car accident. The first session with him went very well and the spinning I was dealing with went away immediately. Definitely would recommend him and the others to anyone looking for help with their rehab needs.
