Best money I could have spent. I brought my dog Wrigley to Shea for aggression/reactivity toward other dogs on walks. He was honest in the consultation, laid out everything I could expect to happen once I dropped him off for board & train, and then followed through on everything. In a short time, Wrigley now has control of his emotions/reactions when he sees things out and about that he doesn’t like and I can finally walk him on my neighborhood trail anxiety-free. Amazing transformation! We brought our golden doodle to Shea for a 1 month board and train while we were traveling. She is a happy, friendly dog but resisted previous training and was a handful to deal with compared to any previous dogs we have owned. We picked her up 3 days ago and cannot believe the difference in her. She is still happy, but now she listens. Off leash walks, no more launching herself onto the counters to take items, comes when called - Unbelievable! We wish we had known about Shea sooner. He did a wonderful job training our dog and we highly recommend him.
I truly can’t believe the difference Shea's training has made — and wish we had reached out sooner. It took one session for our older dog to understand, and only two sessions for our younger (very energetic!) one to catch on.
Now, neither of them jump when someone walks through the door — which honestly feels like a miracle. They still get excited and crowd the door a bit, but that’s completely manageable and so much better than before.
We are beyond grateful for the help and the results. Highly recommend!
