They have always been professional and timely in delivering my items and have never lost anything in the past 4 years. I trust my down filled jackets and trench coats to them. They always put the belt separately. All my clothes are very nicely packaged. One time, i left a pin on my jacket and they unpinned and returned to me in very nice package. “I’ve used them forever. They’re the best. I have to leave a review. I went to pull out really nice pants for a wedding this upcoming weekend and noticed they had a burn from what is likely a cigar. The material was discolored and hardened by the burn. If they couldn’t fix it, I was really going to have to scramble. I have no clue how, but they completely got out the burn and the fibers aren’t stiff, it honestly looks like a different pair of pants. It makes no sense. Bad burn. He has a slew of costumers who are repeat clients who come to let him alter their items because he is just that good. My own grandmother recommended me to him for my birthday dress last year and when I say he made my dress look like it was made for me and only me ! That’s why this year when I came back with a dress worth almost 1,000 and custom I had no doubt in my mind he would alter the dress to perfection.
