Lapels in Wilmette has always done a fantastic job. A dropped off pants with tears and worn spots that I didn't think could be salvaged and they saved me from having to replace half of my work slacks. Their services are quick, service friendly, and quality always top notch.10/1 Update: I needed help with some repairs and they even found some tears and buttons I wasn't aware of. Customer service is second to none. I took a shirt in on a Thursday which I needed for a Friday evening event. Not only did they make it happen, they delivered the shirt to my house last minute without even being asked. They have a customer for life!!!Services: Laundry wash & fold

In late winter, we dropped off porch cushions that were very dirty... we thought we'd get them cleaned and they would last another year. Long story, short -- we picked them up in the Spring and they were spotless. We have had them cleaned elsewhere in the past.... but they never got this clean. And Lapels stored them for the winter as well -- very reasonable price and great serviceI sent friends to Lapels who had boat cushions to be cleaned... Again... they were happy with the results....Two loyal customers... you will be seeing us again!Update.... three years later.... I am still marveling at the job they do each year... Still look new.... and they are 12 plus years...read full review
