We are part of a corporate program in which PSQ delivers our dry cleaning onsite. This has been one of the best services, even far surpassing my other dry cleaners.

They have always been professional and timely in delivering my items and have never lost anything in the past 4 years. I trust my down filled jackets and trench coats to them. They always put the belt separately. All my clothes are very nicely packaged. One time, i left a pin on my jacket and they unpinned and returned to me in very nice package. Best staff ever and highly recommended!!“

“Moldy. Gross. Dusty. Disgusting. Yuck. These all words that I can use to describe my big winter coats that I initially thought, was beyond saving. With basically no hope left and reading excellent beyond excellent reviews regarding this cleaner, I figured: why not?!? What’s the worst that can happen?!

Upon stepping into this place, I was greeted by the lovely Mimi. She, too, was scared of the abomination that were my three, large winter coats. She said she would definitely try her hardest to clean them but she couldn’t make any promises. I appreciated her candor and I told her to work her magic. She was so sweet acknowledging my comment and I left there with nothing but a wish.

Fast forward to now and Mimi texted me letting me know my costs were ready for pick up. I picked them up and legit was shocked. She was able to turn my gross jackets into something of wonder and happiness. She cleaned the heck outta of those jackets; no mold, no smell, no dust, nothing gross…Mimi and her magic hands pulled out a magic wand over my jackets and made them brand new again. I was in awe and so appreciative. Prices were decent and I definitely will be back. Thanks Mimi for everything!!“

“Excellent dry cleaners! After I moved to Evanston from Highland Park, I tried several of my, new, local dry cleaners. They were unable to remove certain stains from my clothes and I thought I was going to have to throw them away. As a last ditch effort, I decided to make the drive to HP and Joy Cleaners, whom I'd used when I was an HP resident. Sure enough, they were able to remove the stains, my items looked like new, and I was both happy and relieved. Now, even though it's not exactly convenient for me anymore, I make the drive to Joy Cleaners...it's worth it!“

“New customer. I’m just sitting here waiting for my laundry to finish up. This is the cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been to. Decent prices and VERY CLEAN place. Lots of stuff to do here while you wait for your laundry to finish. Nice ice cream selections, but I’d like to see some fudgsicles on the menu. Maybe you can add those? The attendant was nice and showed my son how to use some of the arcade games. They do drop off here, but I do my own so it doesn’t matter, but if you don’t want to do your own laundry, they’ll do it for you. This is going to be my new laundromat. I can watch tv while my son plays and I wait for my wash. They also have free WiFi for anyone who needs it.“
