While the roof didn’t need to be redone just yet…I took the preventative measure of having it replaced. We had three companies provide proposals and Tom at C Lombardo came in with a competitive and reasonable proposal for not only the roof, but we also had them replace our gutters as well. Just like 22 years ago, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks fantastic! The teams completing the installs were very professional and great to talk to and left the job site clean and tidy. It’s also good to be able to support local businesses like this. “It was time to replace my thirty year old roof on the house I built. I was impressed with the organization ,workmanship, and everyone I met in the process of replacing the roof ,skylights and gutters. I was not looking forward to it but by the time it was over with I find myself looking up at the roof when I come home thinking it makes the house looks new and actually missing the activity. All products used were great from the Certain Teed select shingle master integrity roof system (im enjoying the new color and the more 3d effect of the shingles), the new Velux skylights and the way the gutter corners are mitered versus pre-made corners.“

They also re-roofed my home and replaced two skylights (as well as installed needed roof vents) back in 2021, and I have zero complaints about that job.
