I choose Dr. Tahir at Joliet Eyecare Associates because I found good reviews on him and his office when I Googled for a new Optometrist due to issues I’m having. I was going to another location and not pleased, felt that something else was going on. Sure enough, Dr Tahir did a thorough exam and found the problems. “I have been going to Dr. Kuhar for several years now, and have been very pleased. When I wore contacts, the doctor made efforts to make sure that I had a brand that suited me well. When I had to switch to glasses, the glasses were always well made and perfectly crafted to accommodate my stigmatism. A couple of years back, due to an insurance issue, I went to a bargain optician service and the glasses were never made properly, although I returned over 3 times. I was able to eventually change insurance and return to Kuhar and have had not problems since. They are very good about helping out with any necessary adjustments or repairs when possible. I recommend them highly.“

“I originally had a bad experience with the new owners of Forzley and wrote a negative review but took it down today.
The other day I had an issue when going for my annual physical and had a problem reading the eye chart with my new glasses.
I contacted Forzley eye clinic and explained my problem.
They immediately told me to come back in to have my prescription and eyes rechecked.
I did so the next day and they found a discrepancy in my prescription compared to my eye sight.
I was expecting a charge for new lenses but without any hesitation they said they would correct the prescription with no charge even being a few months out of warranty.
This being said i have to say im very happy with their customer service.
It seems they are really trying to work with the Lemont community who dearly cared for Dr Forzley’s quality of customer service and optics.
I give it to them for that and want to say thank you to the very polite and professional optometrist and optical crew.“

“I’ve been going to multiple Walmart vision centers since 2002.
Always, always, great customer services. The doctors are always fantastic and very competent, knowledgeable.
If you purchase a set of glasses from them, you should not have any issues stopping at any of their location for their assistance. This is fantastic for people like me who move a lot.
Due to the insurance changes, I had to use other places like Pearl Vision (been to 2 locations, they were really bad, inaccurate presentations, extra unnecessary procedures, not friendly staff and the doctor with serious bad breath).
Trust me. This is the place.“
