I had an issue with a pair of sunglasses yesterday and the manager Jessica went above and beyond to help me out and fix the problem! I have rarely received the level of customer service anywhere that Jessica displayed. Highly recommend!
I had a great first experience with this vision center. The doctor was warm and attentive! And the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful! Also the prices are way more affordable than a private vision center. I will be coming back in the future ❤
Charity was extremely helpful and patient. Target Optical is one of the few stores that offers prescription Meta glasses. If you are interested in getting some Metas, I recommend seeing Charity and the folks at Target Optical.
