Took my boys to see Dr Flora 2 weeks ago. Love him he’s the best and would always continue to see him for eye exams. Ordered glasses for the boys and I have called at the beginning of the week and 2 times today 3/12/26 and there isn’t any option to speak to someone in Optical. You have to hit “2” for contacts or staff. Well I have left messages and no returned phone call. As far as I’m concerned that’s bad customer service that they can’t even return a phone call to say yes they are in or no they aren’t. If the front desk is that busy they should have an option on the answering machine for Optical so we can speak directly with them. Maybe now since I...read full review
Dr. Flora did a very thorough exam of my eyes and is a great listener. I was fitted for a pair of prescription readers that work just great. Once before I went to a franchise eye glasses place and was fitted wrong and very disappointed. Never again, I am sticking with Eye care Specialists in Lemont. I used to be legally blind and because of past and present care I received at this clinic I am no longer legally blind. Thank you great staff.
