“Dr. Benjamin and is staff were accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable. My wild child son scratched his eye with a stick. The situation was bleak and nerve racking. Called up the eye care center and they allowed us to come in first thing. Seemed like Doc had seen this a million times before and was calming, caring, and personable. Got drops in, got a diagnoses, got a prescription, and they got us on our way. The wild child is okay and back to normal. Easy parking, you can find their office in the lower level.“

“Dr Steinmetz is very good and even gets difficult prescriptions right. I highly recommend him. However, glasses are very expensive and the staff negotiates pricing when they can tell their original price was too high. Lowered price was still too high.. wish they had more affordable options for frames and lenses.“

Purchased a pair of glasses here. The staff and the doctors are extremely caring and helpful!
Wanted a specific style of frame , and this was not on their display - so, Veronica pulled up the manufacturer’s catalog and helped select and order additional frames so that there were more choices. Was able to pick one that felt just right! Very happy with the purchase!

Stopped by today to have these frames adjusted for comfort, and again found everyone very helpful, accommodating and professional. Veronica carefully helped adjust the fit of the frame in a matter of minutes!
