I’ve been a patient of my eye doctor for well over 10 years. I recently visited this location back in June. I must say, the staff is the most knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming group of professionals I’ve ever encountered. I referred a friend here and she had the exact same experience. Good customer service is almost unheard of these days. But not here. They always greet you with a smile and they make you feel like you’re the most important customer they have during your visit. I’ve dropped in several times without an appointment to have my lenses replaced or adjusted and they immediately took care of me. The staff here rocks!!! Everyone in my eye doctor is great. I want to give a special thanks to Miss Michelle and her cheerleading capabilities with my daughter, Miss page and thanks to Miss Heather for helping us check out and get exactly what we need with the glasses.

Michelle the PSC (patient service coordinator) is PHENOMENAL!!! She’s has extraordinary customer service skills, personable, and very knowledgeable about anything and everything you could need whether appointments, exams, contacts, glasses or what kind of contacts and glasses you want. Molly was great too! She personally walked me around and showed me every pair of glasses they had and helped me pick the ones that fit me the best! All around great experience! Thank you ladies ?
