I haven’t been to the optometrist in a while and Dr. Schiferl truly made my experience worth it. She walked me through everything, made me feel comfortable and truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much to the staff as well I’ll definitely be back
The Shorewood location has the best reviews, so that's why I chose them for my prescription eyeglasses.The ladies there are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.I suggest that you ask for Remi. She made sure my insurance co-pay was well less than I expected it to be for designer eyeglasses to correct my nearsightedness.The ETA was 12/16/2023, however they were ready early. I picked them up today, a full eight days sooner than expected.I'll be sure to refer anyone on my company's health insurance plan.
