Plainfield Vision Care is highly recommended for its excellent doctor and staff. The process of getting glasses is made easy, and customer service goes above and beyond. Patients appreciate the helpful and considerate service. Dr Boots and his staff are simply exceptional. They treat you like family. Dr Boots has been fantastic to work with. He saw a patient last minute when they experienced recurring eye pain, and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get them treated right away. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They are very friendly and accommodating. The staff goes above and beyond and Dr Boots is great.
Experienced and Knowledgeable. This is how I would describe Plainfield Vision Care. When I moved to the area I searched around and visited multiple eyeglass stores searching for the best. After going to three or four that were obviously just in it for the quick sale, I found the employees at Plainfield Vision Care to be not only extremely polite and helpful, but also the most knowledgeable. They obviously knew their stuff, and this is what led me to stay their customer for the past 5 years.
Edit: fast forward almost ten years and I still have 0 complaints. Continue to love them.

I had an amazing experience with the entire staff in this office. Michelle and other lovely Michelle were both lovely. Both very professional but also with an amazing attitude and made sure to answer any question I had. The Doctor was also amazing; he made sure all my questions were also answered and educated me on what eye drops I should be using to help with my dry eyes. He didn’t made me feel rushed like some other places did. I truly recommend coming here for your vision needs. The entire team is wonderful! :)
