I went in for a 50 min ⏸️ relax with Helen. well relaxed I was, Helens attention to detail when massaging the client is on point she massaged knots out that I didn't mention when asked"is there specific locations you want me to focus on". by the time my 50 minutes was done it felt like I took a long nap for the rest of the day (Lazy mode activated) yes I would recommend pause massage and therapist Helen to whomever asks. Helen thank you I went in with tention and came out relaxed well worth it!! kudos
