“We have used Eades for about 3 years now. Going in, they knew our AC unit was old, and worked with us to keep it running. Unfortunately after 31 years of service, our unit eventually failed. Naturally we went to Eades for a new system, and we couldn't be happier we did. They replaced our furnace, air conditioner, air handler, and hot water heater (at our request). Their workmanship was exceptional, their crew was neat and polite, and they did everything they said they were going to do. They even assisted us with a minor issue on our breaker box. Their prices were competitive, and the owner Ron has a genuine honest attitude that is rare in this day in age. Overall this was a very positive experience.“

“Well, Petersburg, plumbing and excavation came in to install a pipe for the city.Came back and threw seed down thought that was the end of it, and then they came back and aerated the yard and threw fresh soil down to help the seed grow .definitely good service was not expecting them to come back for a follow up as they did !“

“Issacs helped me out the same day. Left a msg, Got a call back. Knock on the door faster than I expected. Serviceman recharged and cleaned the A/C condenser and cleared a clog in the water supply for whole house humidifier. The price seemed fair enough to me. Probably get it back in lower utility bills in a year or two.“

“Called Heartland to get a quote on a new heat pump as ours quit working. With it being an older unit with several issues in the past I believed it was time to replace the unit. The technician arrived onsite and asked me what symptoms were, then diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed in 15 minutes. They were prompt (and even early with a phone call to make sure I was available), professional, and saved us thousands by determining that we didn't need a new unit. “My furnace went out in the middle of the night so I called a heating and cooling company. After it was checked out, I was told that I had lost electricity to my furnace and would need an electrician. So I called Tiger heating and cooling. I explained what was wrong and they sent out an electrician that same day. The technician was very polite and showed up when he said he would be there. Within a half hour, he had my furnace back up and running. I would recommend this business for any of your household needs.“
