The AC went out in our restaurant over a holiday weekend. Within an hour of getting the call, Airmasters had competent, knowledgeable, and friendly technician on site at 9am on a Saturday morning.

Sadly, the part required couldn’t be sourced over the weekend, but by 8:15 Monday morning, they had already found the part and worked with us to find a way to get it to Springfield in a matter of hours and had a tech on site waiting for its arrival. They also did the legwork to identify that our equipment was, indeed, under warranty and just took care of the claim on our behalf making the whole process super easy.
