I got home from work yesterday and no AC running in my house. I called heartland heating and early this morning. They got back to me and told me they had a full day scheduled but they would get to me! It's the middle of July so it's hot 🥵. The repairman stopped by at the end of his day and within 30 minutes had me repaired and ready to go! I actually purchased a brand new AC and heating unit from this company several years ago and they have never let me down, ever. I highly recommend this company! I manage a couple of properties and when I received a call that the A/C was not working on the property, Heartland was the first to answer the phone on the morning, after calling several on the list I have. Staff that answered was helpful and informed me they are busy but will get someone to the property as soon as possible. Brayan was the TECH that reached out to me and let me know he was on the way about one and half hours later. Once arriving to the property he quickly diagnosed the problem (dirty contact) and quickly fixed the issue, and had the A/C working in no time at all.
