We replaced an OLD AO Smith boiler from “19 inefficiency something” to this new Navien 95% efficient!From start to finish Derek was attentive to what we wanted to put in! He didn’t just throw a bid together and let us wonder what we were getting. It was clear in their proposal what needed done for the size of home and our comfort needs.The bid was thorough and all of the proper things were done from measurements of our radiators to ensure proper BTU, locating any electrical needed, pipe work that needed replaced, down to exterior work needed for new exhaust. The details weren’t missed!!The crew worked hard and kept our home neat as they worked. They explained things as asked and were always polite and helpful! They went over our new system with us and showed us the little things we needed to know and minor maintenance things we could do keep our investment in top shape! Questions?…..there were a lot! All of them answered!This was a large project and we got MANY BIDS from different companies in our area and they were the most thorough, prompt, attentive to the project and our wants/needs, and also the kindest on our pocket book for such a large investment in our home.We are totally and completely satisfied and look forward to calling them again for other projects we have lined up in the future!“
