We have used Element for the last few years now on maintenance of our A/C units. They are absolutely amazing! We replaced our downstairs A/C unit last summer and just currently had the upstairs ancient A/C and Heating unit replaced. Mike and his crew have always been very pleasant and always fast to get your service taken care of at an affordable price. I would recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs! Ten stars if I could give that many! The first day of the year that was hot enough for air conditioning and we found out ours didn't work! I called Element at 6 p.m. hoping that I would be able to get a next day appointment. The repairman was at our door in 30 minutes and had the air working within the next 30 minutes. He gave us great advice on purchasing a new air conditioning unit, which he said we did not need right away. We assumed that a 23-year old unit would need to be replaced. He told us what we had was a beast and that it was good for a couple more years or so. Great service! This is how good customer reviews and customer referrals are earned!

I am blown away by the customer service, quality of work, honesty and professionalism of this company. Our heat went out three weeks ago and these guys were our first call based on a family members recommendation. The owner of the company was here to assess within an hour of our call. Our 25 year old furnace was shot and temps had dropped to 56° in our home. We obviously feared going into the weekend without heat as the outside temps were in the single digits. Mike made a quick call and his team was here to install new furnace very quickly. Everything was up and running by late afternoon.
