My furnace went out in the middle of the night so I called a heating and cooling company. After it was checked out, I was told that I had lost electricity to my furnace and would need an electrician. So I called Tiger heating and cooling. I explained what was wrong and they sent out an electrician that same day. The technician was very polite and showed up when he said he would be there. Within a half hour, he had my furnace back up and running. I would recommend this business for any of your household needs.

Excellent! On Jan 6-Jan 10, 2024, Technicians (Chris, Tyler, Spencer, Eric & Toi) solved a frustrating problem with our furnace, which works perfectly now. The Service Call Desk people (Nicole, Rachel, Sarah & Joseph) are patient, pleasant and understanding also.

Joe did a great job in his assessment and finding out why the furnance wasn"t oparating correctly. He gave me so great advice on how to properly use the furnace. He listen to my concerns and gave me great advice. Thank you so much Joe....
