The technician was at my house within 10 minutes, diagnosed the issue, ordered and picked up the appropriate part at a local parts supplier, installed the part, and had the furnace up and running by 1:30 p.m. We have definitely found our new HVAC company! “I own two sober living homes for men in Springfield. A technician came to my oldest building for a Spring check and informed me that the rooftop a/c unit was 50 - 60 years old. Red flag that it needed replaced. Found out also that part of the duct work was actually made of wood...another red flag. Jamie from HRCO came out and gave me a quote within a few days. I did my due diligence and got 4 other quotes to compare. Two of the quotes were within $100 of HRCO's, two other companies didn't follow through to give me quotes. I awarded the work to HRCO and they were installed within 2 days. My first CWLP bill saved me $150 and the second (September) saved me $100. “July 23 2025 had another company come to home for AC maintenance and repair leak at fitting to drain pipe. They could not fix leak. left us with no AC in over 110 degree heat index. July 24, 2025 Eades sent tech who stopped the leak an got us AC
just in time for another hot day. Based on this, we called Ron at Eades. Ron came over and gave us a reasonable quote on new AC system. Ron also explained current setup problems. Ron and crew came out July 30, 2025 and installed great new installed new air conditioner system plus corrected previous design flaws. The bill for Eades tech who stopped leak was less than bill from another company who had no staff with ability to stop leak.“

Bryan came to quickly unplug a couple of drains for us, and replaced a kitchen faucet, but also gave us a requested estimate on replacing our two elderly gas water heaters. They were replaced within a week of being ordered, and Bryan returned to install them without much mess and no fuss. He explained everything thoroughly and cleaned up before he left. “The AC went out in our restaurant over a holiday weekend. Within an hour of getting the call, Airmasters had competent, knowledgeable, and friendly technician on site at 9am on a Saturday morning.

Sadly, the part required couldn’t be sourced over the weekend, but by 8:15 Monday morning, they had already found the part and worked with us to find a way to get it to Springfield in a matter of hours and had a tech on site waiting for its arrival. They also did the legwork to identify that our equipment was, indeed, under warranty and just took care of the claim on our behalf making the whole process super easy. (Relevant to note - they were not the contractor that installed this system, but treated us as if they had).

The most important part of this experience was the urgency of the situation, given how it was impacting our business, which they understood and provided service that met our every hope and expectation.
