“We were so happy to have found Chicago Window Solutions. We did our research online and then narrowed it down to the top 3 that we met with in person. We felt most confident with the knowledge and hands on approach with Andy, and felt that his team of installers were really going to be able to address whatever came up.We replaced a large picture window with a bay window. We were not sure if we could expect to actually sit in the window seat. The other companies, said you could, but you really shouldn't on a regular basis. But Andy assured us that they could make the adjustments to build it to higher specifications to give the extra support and take away those concerns. He made the whole process easy in getting earl of the necessary permits in place. They were very clean and punctual and removed all debris appropriately. “I first contacted them last year for roofing repair and they were really quick, reasonable quote and made the whole process easier. While they were repairing my roof Patrick came to check up on their progress and noticed the back of my house roofing is different then my front and gave me a quote to fix that. I agreed to the quote but said I couldn't do anything till the summer of 2022. Patrick said no problem the quote will be good till then. Fast forward to May and he got in contact with me to see if I was still interested.Now here is why I highly recommend them. They were so patient with me while I dealt with my HOA approval that instead of May it took till July for them to do my roof, AND the quote never expired. Melissa was their contact person and she was such a joy to work with. She returned my phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. Patrick would answer my text when I had questions. The guys who came and did my roof were respectful and hardworking. “We are planning to clean and plant our backyard garden. It have a lot of dress and some tall grass that need to trim. We have no tools or equipment to used , so me and my dad went to this store. They have lot of tools and equipment for gardening so I think we bought all of we need. I grab one cart before we went to the area of gardening tools. There are lot of people in some section so its hard to push the cart. When I looked at my dad I can see that he knows what he purchased. It seems that we need those. After we bought tools we wen to the pot area. There are lot of pot to choose. Some of them are colorful and some are simple. Since my dad knows that mom like the plain color he grabbed the white pot. After he put it in the cart we went to the counter. I can say that this store was good.“
