“Shortly after buying my condo in November 2021, I obtained a few quotes from different window companies in my area before being referred to BW construction by a neighbor. As soon as I met with BW, I knew they were the right company for my window replacement project. They were the first company that I felt like I could trust. They were incredibly knowledgeable about their products and never once pressured me like the other companies I had met with prior to them. Needless to say, I ended up moving forward with BW and I’m so happy I did. Due to factors outside of BW’s control (ie COVID manufacturing related delays), my window replacement project was delayed by a few months. They were great about communicating all pertinent updates with me throughout the process, which I very much appreciated. They arrived promptly on the day of installation and got right to work. They took great care of my place and were very detail oriented. I will gladly support this family business again for my future projects. “I love Buy Right windows!!!! Len has helped me with my windows for years!!! Today even!!! I had new windows put in my sunroom and I needed help learning how to open them to clean on the inside and the outside which. he came over with his screwdriver in the middle of the middle of his day and just went out of his way to fix that for me last minute Dansel in distress !!!I love love love my beautiful windows I recommend them to everyone I know. Who ever is complaining that the windows are terrible and the service is terrible it’s probably because they might be working for another window company because none of that’s true not afterthese years !!!
