We were so happy to have found Chicago Window Solutions. We did our research online and then narrowed it down to the top 3 that we met with in person. We felt most confident with the knowledge and hands on approach with Andy, and felt that his team of installers were really going to be able to address whatever came up.We replaced a large picture window with a bay window. We were not sure if we could expect to actually sit in the window seat. The other companies, said you could, but you really shouldn't on a regular basis. But Andy assured us that they could make the adjustments to build it to higher specifications to give the extra support and take away those concerns....read full review

They communicated often and clearly about timeline. They were very professional, installed the windows quickly, the work was of the highest quality, and they cleaned up thoroughly. I couldn't be happier with this company and will definitely use them again.Service: General window replacement
