“Derek and his team put in a new deck for us recently. The process was terrific from start to finish. He was not pushy or overly sales-y. Gave us lots of options and answered all of our questions. Provided an honest very reasonable bid - I solicited bids from several companies - and kept his promises. We love the deck and highly recommend Derek and his team.”
“I had roof, siding, window, gutter, downspout and fence damage to my home in mid-May from the hail storm and Tyler Flanagan from RNS came by to see if he could check my roof and home for damages.
Tyler took care of everything and from the 1st encounter he responded immediately, gave thorough explanations concerning insurance, was present throughout the entire process, followed up and did everything in a timely, meticulous and professional manner. The communication from the team regarding start date, etc was fantastic. The prep work, clean up and final steps were spot on.
I am totally impressed with the entire RNS crew and grateful for their work. If you need any exterior work done (including siding), he is the person to call. I highly recommend Tyler Flanagan from RNS, you won't be disappointed. Thanks so much for making this project run so smoothly.”
“Gary was very prompt in providing advice and estimates for replacing two bathroom skylights and repairing (2nd story) gutters. All my questions were answered. the two projects were scheduled just one day apart and the workmen seemed very knowledgeable and courteous. The office staff was good to work with re schedule and payment questions. I've had no problems with the finished product. And would use them again.”
