“I needed new windows for quite a while but thought I couldn't afford them; finally decided that the ones that threatened to fall right out of the house to the ground below could wait no longer. Called several replacement window companies for a quote. The gentleman that came out from Remodel Rangers was no-nonsense--didn't try to close me by offering me a one time deal that (coincidentally) ended that very day, or any of the other bullhockey that 'F-Co' attempted. The best part though, was that RR prices were so reasonable that I ended up being able to replace all of the windows, not just the desperate few. And from beginning to end it was a positive experience. The lead time wasn't outrageous, the installers were courteous and professional (one let me take his picture from inside the house with a smile and "thumbs up"), and I'm thrilled with my new windows. During design, Greg took time to listen to our wish list and came up with a great design combining our too small dining room and outdate kitchen layout with a larger, more functional space. The 3D views he provided gave us confidence in the overall layout. We even have cabinet space that we have not used yet.

Mary Kate patiently attended to our cabinet, counter and fixture selection as we went through the tremendous variety of each. She even steered us away from selections that, now that the kitchen has been completed, we are completely happy with.

Bob of Berg Home Improvements was quick to respond to our call and to visit our house, and his estimate was quick and clear, with all options easy to price and evaluate. His crew appeared early, and all were on the roof and working by 7:00 a.m. Crew were polite and careful and worked efficiently and effectively, despite a heat index of 101 degrees and not a whiff of breeze. All roofing completed by noon on the second day. The gutter contractor appeared the next morning and installed ~250 feet of new gutter and gutter leaf guard by 2:30.
Pricing was fair (not meaning so-so, but meaning reasonable and in-line). All along, Bob was easy to work and communicate with, with very quick replies to all my email queries.

“M&M fixed the soffit on my roof while there was lots of snow! First they gave me a great estimate using a drone and taking about 10 minutes. They didn’t take 3 hours like others and did not say they had to redo the whole roof at $40,000 like others only fix for 1500$. They texted when coming and I didn’t have to even be home! Number one in my book for home repairs! You can’t even tell which it was and they fixed in less than an hour! Highly recommend them!!!!!!“
