Mark and his crew were great! Mark had come out a few times to help limp an ageing system through the summer and also came out on his own time to look at things and assess. Got all the information needed to proceed with fixing the problem. Although the outside fixes worked temporarily, things inside needed to be replaced as well, which was already known and Mark had explained prior. but he recently came and replaced the outside a/c unit as well as the inside parts and him and his crew did a fantastic job! We called MP to get a price quote on an air conditioner check-up. We talked to Chris, and he got us on their schedule right away. Mark came over, checked everything, and also took the extra time to adjust the furnace speed and go over many of the questions. Both Chris and Mark were very friendly, professional, and thorough.
