Although I believe the technician was knowledgeable and fair, the costs of fixing any appliance nowadays seems to be designed to replace it rather than repair. Really don’t like our disposable society!
Hunter did an excellent job repairing our HVAC. Another service company left it in worse shape than it was, but Hunter corrected their mistakes and more. If we ever have another issue with our HVAC I am requesting him and Sears Appliance Repair!
Repaired my central air unit. Technician was very professional & explained what was getting repaired & cost involved. The technician was awesome
The issue I have is not with the technician. It’s the scheduling an appointment, all automated & no one to talk to for issues the bot can’t handle.
