One of the most professional heater repair companies i have ever worked with. brian was the best. Very polite, prompt, and knowledgeable. He came out to inspect my furnace and heating system, including the basement return airflow, and gave a clear estimate for the repair and needed updates. He was very thorough, took measurements, checked the ductwork, and made sure i was getting the right solution for my home. The pricing was very fair and much better than the other quotes i had received, with everything included instead of adding extra charges piece by piece. The crew completed the heater repair and system work before the cold season set in, which gave me real peace...read full review

Our second floor furnace, which was over 30 years old, quit working on a Friday evening. We woke up to a chilly house the next morning in Caledonia and called for furnace repair help. After a careful inspection, he explained that replacing the full furnace would be more cost effective than only replacing the burned-out motor, especially since an older heating unit could soon need more repairs. We really appreciated the honest advice and clear explanation. We scheduled the furnace replacement for the following week to fit our work schedules. Since the temperatures...read full review
