Called the office and made an appointment to have a sump replaced and drain unclogged. Eugene came 2 days later. The clog was much worse than anticipated. It was very deep and not easily accessible with standard rooting. However, Eugene knew exactly what to do, and unclogged the drain, and later replaced the sump pump for a good price. Eugene is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. We will definitely use Southtown again for any plumbing problem.

Had a bad sewer clog. Made appointment with Kathy, the owner's wife, late afternoon. Tom the owner, came out the next day to give me an estimate. I explained to him that I had a bad experience with a previous plumbing company trying to unclog my sewer line by going through my toilets. Found out he was inexperienced. Tom and his crew,came out the next day and ended up replacing a portion of the sewer line, (which had been broken for some time), and they repaired the toilet which was left in disrepair from the previous plumbing company. Southtown Plumbing helped me with a new sump pump after my crawl space flooded. Gave me info for Chicago Water and Fire to pump out the water and came the very next day to install new sump pump. Highly recommend them!
