Called Jerry’s on Independence Day after my basement flooded the day before. Got a quick call back and Jake walked me through some options to replace my backup batteries over the phone. Unfortunately new batteries didn’t solve the problem. Spoke to Jake again and he came out to the house to do a full inspection of our system. Fantastic, knowledgeable service. Highly recommend.
Can’t say enough positive things about this team. I’ve had Jake come out a few times for various reasons (pump installation, maintenance, etc). Each time he came out quickly, was very open about what options were available, and was all around easy to work with. He even followed up on jobs to ensure things were working as expected.
