They were incredibly friendly and easy to work with, came prepared with the right materials, and did a fantastic job. “We recently moved into a new house with carpeting in the basement. Due to time and scheduling constraints, we opted for DIY solution with a Rug Doctor rental. This helped somewhat for a few months, but in reality we needed a professional service.

Based on some the reviews I read, I called Executive Green Carpet Cleaning and was given a quote based on the square footage of the room. The lady was able to get me in within a few days with an estimated service window between 12 - 3. Two gentlemen showed up before 2pm and got to work right away on basement area which took roughly an hour.

Despite the age of the carpets, they now look nearly brand new and the couple of stains that we tried, but failed to remove ourselves with the rental machine are gone!“
