“Recent storm knocked out power causing basement to flood. When power restored after 2 days, I saw a ServiceMaster truck down the block and asked the team leader Cody if I needed to call and get on a list for cleanup. He gave me his card and asked me to send him a text with my contact info and he would inspect the damage later that morning. Sure enough he came on time, inspected and gave me an estimate. Once I approved and made a downpayment, he set up equipment that same day to remove standing water and begin the drying process. Over the next few days they removed and hauled away wet contents and treated the basement floor with anti microbial liquid and odor spray. Always received prompt communication about visits and kept us informed about status of work. Cannot thank Cody enough about his courtesy and professionalism .”
