“We liked Stanley Steammer service so much we decided to have our duct system cleaned also. Brian and Cedric were the technicians. I feel that they were very competent and knowledgable. They protected the corners from being damaged from the suction hose. They were careful to wear booties in the house and put back the register covers they took off. It seemed like a lot of work to get done but I felt they had the best equipment to do it with. Several neighbors commented how clean their equipment was I felt they were honest about possible problems and had answered to questions asked highly recommended from my view.“

“The whole experience with Kyle and his team was great. The reality of water damage to our home was really unsettling but Kyle immediately sprang to action late in the evening when we made the call of the flood in our house.

Kyle came to our house late in the evening to setup fans and start drying our house out.

He’s crews came in the next day and started remediating the water damaged material preventing any further destruction and to start the thorough drying process.

Kyle talked us through every step along the way, check on us and his crews registry and made sure we were being taken care of and insured our house would be put back together, and better.

The crews were very professional. The took the time to make sure dust is mitigated and parts of the house that were not damage remained cleaned and functioning.

Kyle provided detailed estimates to the insurance company efficiently navigating through the claim and funding process to keep us moving in the right direction to repairs our home.
