We adopted a dog on Christmas, and within a week, we had him enrolled in the one-on-one boot camp 4-week training program. It is difficult to say who enjoyed the experience more, myself or my dog. Every member of the staff was exceptionally kind and consistently demonstrated a positive demeanor, which is understandable given they are around adorable dogs all day. Rhiannon's work with Marshal was outstanding; she provided us clear and precise instructions. We particularly valued the personalized one-on-one training sessions and the daily video updates on his progress.“

“My puppy and I love Pampered Pup’z!! The staff is kind, friendly, caring, helpful, and they truly love working with your furry friends!! They were incredibly helpful as my puppy was adjusting to doggy care, and gave him little breaks when he was too hyped up playing with friends! We worked together on training and learning how to play with other dogs and humans.

Their facility is spacious and always sparkling clean! When your puppy goes in for grooming, they come out with a shiny, good smelling coat, and an adorable bandana around their neck. They do special activities at every holiday like Halloween dress up and pictures, pictures with Santa, lucky ornaments for St. Patrick’s day, and an Easter egg hunt, just to name a few!

“My groomer was really good. She listened to what I wanted. My dog is a little bit older and does not really like to be doing too long in the dryer. My dog was done quickly and she is so soft. They brushed out all of her winter hair and her tail was begging when I picked her up!“

She has come out of her shell and it is one of the few places she is excited to go in to, and not nervous! They have very clean facilities, and are so friendly. “I am a first time dog owner, they had been my Dog’s Dr since she was born , she’s currently about to be 9 years old, they had answered and help me with any questions I had over the years , they had been on top it , I recently had a little scared with my dog where I had to take her to urgent Vet so to them been close , and even they did a bunch of test of my dog they were unable to find the reason was my dog wasn’t feeling well , the next day I call Arlington park Veterinary Hospital her actually Vet , they told me to bring her in , I did and within hrs her Dr was able to come to a conclusion, put her in the right medication and within hrs my baby was back to jump and run around the house , i cnt be more grateful with them , they had been on top when it comes to Dog health I will highly recommend them“

It was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and even had a special set up for pictures. Jessica called me back in a very quick manner for scheduling, Megan was a very efficient multitasker and groomer. She took care of my sweet Cooper. She checked his glands and didn’t see any problems, which I appreciate the professionalism. He got an adorable Valentine’s Day bandana to top it off! “I love this place! I come here 1-2x a month to use the self dog wash station. It has everything you need and is extremely reasonable at $20. No cleaning up at home! I have also paid for the occasional $20 nail trim, which my dog can be very hesitant about, and the staff handles that very well. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this hidden gem.“

It's truly such a beautiful environment for both people and dogs. You can feel the love and customization for every single dog immediately upon walking in. “I used to work as a receptionist for a dog daycare, so I've had to talk to different vets all the time all over Chicago. Now, no longer a receptionist and I have my own puppy; Preiser was one of my top 3 to go to. I HIGHLY recommend, they have a wonderful staff and receptionists. The nurses are so kind, and treated my puppy with so much love. Like, I'm pretty sure my dog loves the vet now. They helped refer me to a specialist and helped me make sure she got the best care. Pricing wasn't terrible at all. The doctor called me personally to discuss my dog which I thought was really thoughtful. Also the lobby is so cute, and welcoming. Sometimes lobbies at vets can be rough, like they can smell, be dirty, have strange colors, and have uncomfortable chairs... but not here. It's so cute and cozy, the sun shines in, there are magazines, comfy sheets, and so much space if you have an uneasy or aggressive pet that needs space from other pets. Also I have to point out that all the plants have their own names it's adorable“
