We worked together on training and learning how to play with other dogs and humans.<br><br>Their facility is spacious and always sparkling clean! When your puppy goes in for grooming, they come out with a shiny, good smelling coat, and an adorable bandana around their neck. They do special activities at every holiday like Halloween dress up and pictures, pictures with Santa, lucky ornaments for St. Patrick’s day, and an Easter egg hunt, just to name a few!<br><br>I am so impressed with their level of care! The groomers at the Pet Parlor handled her with great care and stayed committed to getting the job done even when it required putting a cone on her when she turned into an aggressive werewolf. They have open hours for nail trims between 2 and 4, Tuesday through Thursday. I really appreciated their professionalism and outstanding work. I will absolutely be back.”

Now, no longer a receptionist and I have my own puppy; Preiser was one of my top 3 to go to. I HIGHLY recommend, they have a wonderful staff and receptionists. The nurses are so kind, and treated my puppy with so much love. Like, I'm pretty sure my dog loves the vet now. They helped refer me to a specialist and helped me make sure she got the best care. Pricing wasn't terrible at all. The doctor called me personally to discuss my dog which I thought was really thoughtful. Also the lobby is so cute, and welcoming. Sometimes lobbies at vets can be rough, like they can smell, be dirty, have strange colors, and have uncomfortable chairs... but not here. It's so cute and cozy, the sun shines in, there are magazines, comfy sheets, and so much space if you have an uneasy or aggressive pet that needs space from other pets. Also I have to point out that all the plants have their own names it's adorable”
