Exceptional trainer. Listens to your needs and customizes workout plans accordingly. I've trained with him for 2.5 years prior, with tremendous results. I recently began with him again in August 2021. In 4 months, I've had excellent progress and could not be happier (and so much healthier). He is a dedicated, knowledgeable and committed trainer. Very highly recommend!!!

Omar is great!!! He is truly a professional. Not somebody that lost 30lbs took a class and thinks they are a trainer. He knows his stuff. I have a lot of sports injuries and he knows how to work around them but still gives me a great work out. I’ve trained with some of Hollywood’s best. But Omar is the man.
