Our initial experience started back on July 3rd when Matt came out to act as our estimator and handle a repair on our second-floor split air conditioning system. He did a wonderful job getting it running again.
Fast forward to today, we just had a brand new first-floor air conditioner replacement installed. The two installation technicians, Steve and Nathan, arrived exactly on time. They completed the entire installation seamlessly. We love the new Goodman unit they installed—it is a very good, reliable brand!

We had a small roof leak and called Barringer Brothers to come out and look. They were always on time and always super responsive. We ended up having to do a leak test but they were able to pin point the problem fast and efficiently. They fixed the roof leak for us! Very affordable. Will use them again for any roof issues going forward.

Wow! After seeing videos online of scalp spas I came in for a scalp treatment with J’errica and I had an amazing time. She showed me video of my scalp and I…needed some love for sure. The water, steam, scalp cleanse, upper body neck/scalp massage was just perfect. Incredibly relaxing and felt so wonderful. I’ve been fighting a dry, flaky scalp and she totally freed me of it! Afterwards she was able to show me on video the results and I was blown away. Furthermore, she brave me a blow dry and style so I didn’t leave wet. It was a relaxing and wonderful experience that I think I will be making a monthly service! The spa was also very clean and inviting. 10/10!
Colonoscopies sure aren’t fun, but these folks make it SO MUCH better! They’re professional, friendly, compassionate, and quicker than I’ve ever experienced. If you HAVE to get a colonoscopy, get it done at Bel-Clair!

Metro East Decks completed a deck flooring replacement in Collinsville, IL. The old, worn boards were replaced with premium composite decking. Very happy with the durability and finish.

Moriah is by far the best hairdresser I've ever been to & literally the nicest. She's the friendliest & most caring hairdresser I've ever had; I'll continue to go to her as long as she's within driving distance. She recommended products & tips on how to manage my hair that were so incredibly helpful. A coworker recommended Moriah to me after I had a hair color disaster from another salon (and months of dark dye on top). Despite my hair color being super crazy, dark & uneven, she somehow miraculously bleached and corrected my hair color with very minimal damage (all in one visit!) and my hair has now faded back to a color that's almost a perfect match to my roots! She also does great haircuts and her services are very affordable. I can't say enough nice things about her.

Shout out to Ling, who gave me the CRISPEST Bob this past weekend, when I was having a hair emergency, and needed my hair cut immediately. I'd been unable to schedule with my usual stylist for AGES, and with an event to attend that evening, I just couldn't show up looking like I did. Ling was fast, professional, and skilled at doing exactly what I requested. Also noteworthy was just how kind and patient every stylist appeared to be, even when some customers appeared to not be quite as adept at returning the same treatment. Clearly, this location is well-managed!

During my pedicure, I unexpectedly experienced a Charlie horse in my stomach, causing quite a bit of pain. However, the nail technician, handled the situation with such genuine concern and care. Not only did she pause the service immediately to ensure I was okay, but she also brought me a refreshing bottle of water to help ease the discomfort. Their attentiveness and kindness truly made a difference in my experience.
As for the manicure and pedicure themselves, they were top-notch! The attention to detail, cleanliness, and skill displayed by the team were exceptional. I left feeling pampered, relaxed, and with gorgeous nails that garnered compliments everywhere I went.

Marcus has become my barber over the last couple of months and I have been very pleased.Just have to get the times down, when it's not so busy.If you have a hectic schedule, I don't recommend Saturdays. Chair is occupied from open to close.The cuts I have seen have all been impressive though, to say the least, and quickly done.

I have bought rock and mulch from Sonnenberg many times over the years and have always been completely satisfied. Most recently I picked up some pavers from them and was thrilled when they found the exact style I was looking for at a sale price. They saved me a significant amount of money. Much of their work has lasted over 50 years that's saying alot. Will always miss them both. You won't find a better dentist in the area.

Lori and Paige and all the ladies there have one of the smoothest, most orderly, and well run medical offices I've been to. It can be a busy place, and slightly cramped in a few spots and yet everyone is always moving to and fro easily and comfortably and everyone seems to know exactly what each patient has coming next and gets the set up quickly and without any kind of fuss. They also managed to get me in to the doctor on extremely short notice and were nothing but nice and friendly and informative about the whole process.
I also really liked how Doctor Fast took the time to explain what was going on with my back to me and made me a personalized guide to explain the problem and help me manage the situation better in the future. He has a great bedside manner.

Made me wait 30 minutes in the waiting room.They put you in a small room with my dog and sit their and wait another half hour. Then charge you $170.00 for a 8 week treatment of itch meds. 49 dollars for a quick glance at my dog,then $338.00. total. Thank you BAC

For years I was told by other vets that I needed to put my dog on a diet, take her for lots of walks get her energy level up and nothing I did was helping took her to her to hoof and paw and they did blood test and found out that she had a thyroid disorder and skin allergies! If it wasn't for them she would still be getting worse!

Let me just say, Dawn is FANTASTIC!! I have been struggling with my weight for a few years and when she told me about their Lipolaser and Chirothin weight loss program, I was very interested.
