I have been a patient of Dr. Kara Nance’s weight loss practice, WellessenseMD, since May, 2017.
I am so satisfied with the weight loss and behavioral changes I have achieved by working with Dr. Nance and her staff. WellessenceMD uses an integrated, holistic approach to weight management combining diet, meal replacements, mindful eating techniques, exercise, and motivational coaching. Not only does Dr. Nance support her patients in the clinical setting, she offers multiweek seminars on mindfulness eating, including the highly effective internet based Eat Right Now program, and for stress reduction. Dr. Nance is extremely knowledgeable, supportive and compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Nance and WellessenseMD to anyone who is struggling with obesity and stress related health issues.
