“I had a major surgery performed in late January at NHC, and was referred to All Quality Home Health Care by the hospital's social worker. Anna was the nurse assigned to my care, and she proactively reached out to me and stopped by the house for my first visit on the day following my release.

For the next 2 months, Anna visited weekly, or as needed, offering excellent care during my recovery. Anna is professional, knowledgeable, diligent, caring and personable; a true gem!

I am blessed to have had Anna, and having just spoken to Elizabeth, I can tell that the whole organization's business model is based on attentive, personalized health care. I highly recommend All Quality Home Health Care!“

“I was recently hospitalized for a hip replacement, and found that I had greatly underestimated the impact of the procedure and my ability to care for myself at home. I was in a panic as North-Shore/Skokie hospital was going to discharge me the next day. A friend referred me to Jamie Shapiro and Companion Services (Deerfield). She quickly put my mind at ease arranged for someone to care for me my first night home. She also arranged for coverage the next 6 nights, by two caregivers. Although I wasn't sure what my needs were, I told Jamie that I'd rather have someone and not need them than need someone and not have them! All three women were absolute Angels! “My mom made great friends while she was a resident in memory care (Crossings). She had really good care there and was very comfortable. Definitely the brightest light there came from Jenniffer, the health and wellness coordinator. She had a magic touch with all of the residents, and they all loved her, especially my mother. All of the activities she coordinated were done with a constant smile and laughter. For my mom's birthday, she helped me throw a party. She made sure that all the residents had a great time complete with music, and dancing and singing. She helped me decorate and even made a fruit punch. “Regarding the care given my husband. The nurses and the social worker were great. The CNA talked a lot about herself and her troubles as my husband lay dying. A substitute CNA told my daughter and I to “have a good one” as she left us … again we were sitting vigil by his bed with just days left. Nurses great and social worker great! CNAs could use sensitivity training. He died a month and a half ago and we have never heard a word since then.“
