Dear Option Care Management,

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received as a new infusion patient in Tampa, Florida. My experience with your company has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Despite multiple attempts to reach your team, my calls went unanswered, and voicemails were not returned.

No one will call you back. Customer service representatives are overseas. They will not even respond to other insurance companies calling them to resolve issues. Will never, ever use again. Been almost one year trying to get the billing done correctly with absolutely no resolution. Shameful.
