The new fan and duct were already installed, just needed the penetration cut and vent properly installed on the roof. And although I had done a job like this in the past, on a few occasions, I no longer feel comfortable walking a roof. Just when I thought I was going to have to climb the roof after all, out of the blue, I got a call from Jose A. at Affordable. Said they would do it no problem, and offered it at a great price. We made the appointment, Jose showed up as scheduled and completed the project flawlessly in under an hour. Jose is a great ambassador for Affordable. Additionally, I spoke to him about the general shape of my roof and told him that when the time comes I would definitely be reaching out to Affordable Roofing!
