The process can be painful depending on what city you live in, and mine was. However Chris reassured me that everything was under control and moving along. As soon as he had permits in hand he had a crew out the next day to start. The price was also much better than his competitors. “We just completed a full kitchen remodel and powder room update with BJP. In short, we couldn’t be happier with the outcome which fully met our goal of a modernized kitchen, powder room and entryway (goodbye golden oak).Brian and Stacey started the process by visiting our home to see our space, understand our goals and tastes, and then talk about options against our budget. Pleasantly surprised when they offered different cabinet options to meet different budget comfort levels rather than being strong armed into one solution and price. From there, Stacey poured her heart and soul into the design, which included removing design elements taking up valuable space for cabinets and working cabinets around an unmovable soffit. She ensured every component of the kitchen was placed for optimum usability and flow. Her effort for the perfect kitchen design rivaled that of what we assume she would put into her own kitchen design. Something we appreciated and showed in the final kitchen. Likewise, Brian worked to ensure the design fit the space and that all project components were seamless. He was extremely responsive and quick to address questions or anything that deviated from plans. His efforts lead to the flawless execution of our project. On time, on budget, and of the highest quality. Together they worked to ensure every detail was covered.Brian and Stacey work tirelessly on providing great customer service. Along the way, we felt like the relationship quickly morphed from a traditional contractor/client relationship to more of working with your friends who are really good at design and remodeling. “we needed a cabinet installed over our refrigerator. I called William Wallace of the Remodeling Pros. He was very professional; gave me a proposal and told me what day he would be there. He came on the day he said he would. The cabinet had to be fitted in and the Pros did a great job. They enclosed it as I asked. Problem was, the crown molding with the new cabinet did not fit with our other molding on the cabinets. The guys removed all of the crown molding, waited for my husband to go get new molding, the installed the new crown on all of my cabinets to make everything consistent. A job that was supposed to be a few hours took half of the day...and we were not charged extra! As the guys were moving my fridge back to its place, the wiggled it and it tore the vinyl. We took pictures, notified William, and he told us he would either fix it or replace it; we had his word on that and that he promised not to leave us hanging. I ended up calling the Warranty Office of my builder who had the exact matching vinyl. They came in, installed it and all was well. The remaining portion of our payment for the job was $300.00. As the vinyl replacement/installation was $250.00, we owed William's company $50.00. When I called him, he asked if I was happy, I said I was, and he told me I owed him nothing. I told him thank you. I would recommend William and his company, Remodeling Pros, to anyone. He was honest and did exactly what he said he would. Actually, he went over and above to make sure we were happy!“
