“The initial call was easy, the guy who answered actually knew what he was talking about and didn't try to oversell me on a full roof when I just wanted gutters done. They came out a few days later to measure and quote. I'd looked at a couple options over in Geneva too but the pricing here was more reasonable for what I was getting. Install day went smooth, two-man crew knocked it out before lunch. Gutters look clean against the trim and the downspouts drain well away from the foundation”

We were adding on to our existing stamped patio and Tom did a great job with helping us design it, pick a complimentary color and they even went the extra mile to make sure the stamped patterns lined up nicely between the existing and new concrete. We also appreciate how good of a job they did without damaging our lawn and how well they cleaned up after. Pricing was fair and transparent from the start. We are very happy with our patio and the entire process from start to finish was extremely smooth.”

“The estimate process and job execution and quality of work were excellent. The ONLY shortcoming was communication to our HOA during and at the end of the process. Materials were left on a front lawn over a weekend with NO communication regarding its disposal. One of our residents began personally disposing of things before a call to IOC confirmed these things would be picked up on Monday. This was a minor mishap in an otherwise flawless job.”
