Our last project was a condo flip in Chicago that needed a full refresh, and their team handled everything which made the process much easier for us. What I really liked is that they didn’t push to replace things that were still in good shape. In the kitchen we kept the cabinets and just updated the countertops, backsplash, and a few details. It completely changed the look without going over budget. They’re very detail-oriented and even helped with the small finishing touches before listing. The house looked amazing and sold very quickly.
