Our last project was a condo flip in Chicago that needed a full refresh, and their team handled everything which made the process much easier for us. What I really liked is that they didn’t push to replace things that were still in good shape. In the kitchen we kept the cabinets and just updated the countertops, backsplash, and a few details. It completely changed the look without going over budget. They’re very detail-oriented and even helped with the small finishing touches before listing. The house looked amazing and sold very quickly. She told me that the exact book she believed would contain my potential choice per my description of my vision was out on loan. Kay told me to come back later that week, and, she'd have that book. Well, sure enough, when I returned for that book, my vision was right before my eyes. I found My One! She gave me an installer upon request along with a wealth of knowledge to help me on my personal design journey. And, when the said installer was out of town "for the season", Kay's team provided a second option who turned out to be a dream. “Julie was amazing to work with on our condo remodel! We "touched" almost every surface area, and she was there to guide us every step of the way.
Being new to Chicago, she helped us navigate the somewhat complicated details of contractors entering a downtown Loop condo building. Our building management loved working with Julie because they knew she was so responsible and considerate. Without fail she was willing to help in a moment's notice.
