“Moving to a new house I was in desperate need of new window treatments. I started to inquire about motorized blinds and after a couple quotes from other companies I met with Mr. Tom, he isn’t just a rep for a company he happened to be the owner. I could totally tell he loves what he does, he was very knowledgeable with the different types of window treatment and gave me a few options. Ewalds pricing was very competitive so I decided to move ahead, I felt if the owner could take the time and meet with his potential clients they must really care about each and everyone of them which I wasn’t wrong. The whole process was painless and very convenient. I wanted to pay my deposit by check, Ms. Kelly came personally to pick up a check from me so I wouldn’t have to drop one off. Installation was great, the workers did a awesome job and cleaned up after like it was their home.Fast forward 6 months one of my blinds charging light wasn’t working. It would blink three times and then stop but the blind still worked fine. I contacted Ewald and told them about my issue and they sent out Mr. Josh, when Mr. Josh arrived at my house for my appointment right away he removed his shoes and placed them off to the side. He came in with a great attitude very professional and polite. He proceeded to check my blind, he informed me that since I wasn’t using the 15 channels on my remote if I’d like he can have only the ones I’m using displayed by reprogramming my remote which I agreed with. He ended up replacing my whole window motor and also gave me a idea on how I could keep the blind plugged in all the time and not have to worry about charging it. However my charging wire was a little too short so he went to his truck and came back with a wire that would work. At the end of his visit I didn’t have a bill. That right there was customer service at its finest. For a tech to come and go above and beyond to do whatever they can to help the customer without the intention of trying to make every dollar possible is why I will be looking forward to using Ewald if I ever need any more window treatment and why I will tell everyone I know about them because we definitely need more business like this. Everything was packed and ready when the movers arrived in the morning, and by evening, it was all unpacked and in place. Anne is a great team leader, and Dana has a designer's eye. “Kay was fabulous, from Day One. I came in with a vision in mind. She jumped up and grabbed a cpl of her wallpaper books and let me know that what I'm looking for, most likely, was inside. We went through them, together. I went home with a book and a separate sample. She told me that the exact book she believed would contain my potential choice per my description of my vision was out on loan. Kay told me to come back later that week, and, she'd have that book. Well, sure enough, when I returned for that book, my vision was right before my eyes. I found My One! She gave me an installer upon request along with a wealth of knowledge to help me on my personal design journey. And, when the said installer was out of town "for the season", Kay's team provided a second option who turned out to be a dream. Maria showed up on time, worked efficiently, was a pleasure to speak with at my house and created a gorgeous new dining accent wall with my new wallpaper. “Perfect interior paint job. Great guys. Can't imagine having a better experience. I bought a 3-flat and moved into the top-floor. The walls were bubbling in places, dirty, and hadn't been painted in years. I thought about painting it myself, but thought better of it because it looked like I'd have to do every room. Anyway, I didn't want to pay a lot, but I also didn't want a shit job done--I would be living in the place for at least a few years. A friend recommended these guys. They came out to give us a consultation on the colors right away. I thought they did a great job of using our suggestions without letting us make aweful decisions. I think that's probably a pretty difficult thing to pull off; you wouldn't expect painters to have that much tact. Long story short, the colors they helped us pick out were perfect. They did a perfect job in about a day, and they probably gave us the best price we came across. I haven't worked with a lot of painters, but I can't imagine things going better. They might not do huge commercial jobes but for our purposes (3-bedroom 1200sf condo) they were incredible.“
“OMG. what a life saver. This company was doing some work for a neighbor and we had a huge emergency come up. Called Jason late on a Tuesday, he came over Wednesday, had a guy there first thing Thursday morning. Project was completed by Thursday afternoon. We are talking removal of all fixtures, tile flooring and part of flooring. Repair flooring, install new wood floors and trim and clean up. All of this done in a short amount of time at a very reasonable price. Highly reccomend this company for your next project.“
